I have worked with all HR aspects and my exposure is very broad which includes, but is not limited to; Talent management and od development and profiling, Consulting, Employee or labour relations, Policy and process workflows and applications, generating systems, people management, performance management, reporting and dealing with difficult situations or tough conversations, client relations, recruitment, query management, succession planning, ccma cases, remuneration, audits and compliance, HRIS.
