o Create, design and assemble of laser cutting and cnc’d products. Materials includes Acrylics, MDF and Pine wood. o Design programs include Silhouette Cameo for vinyl cutting, corel draw, G-Code, Universal GCode sender, Roland VersWorks for large format printing, RD Works for Laser Cutting. o Operating laser, CNC and large format printing equipment. o Setting up of CNC, Laser files. o Setting up CNC and tool set up, running and monitoring of CNC Router. o Setting up of Laser cutter, focal point and bed position. Monitoring cutting and stand by assistance on Laser Cutter. o Sanding, cleaning and sealing of products. o Ordering of raw materials and packaging materials. o Packaging and completion of customer orders. o Managing stock control for Takealot and online shop. o General Office Duties (Filling, Faxing, Email, answering phones, house keeping).
