Placed by the Youth Employment Service for a period of one year for a work experience opportunity. Ben commenced work at Tulisa Cables (Pty) Ltd on 01 October 2020. Ben joined the organization as an unexperienced young male and within a couple of days he adapted to the culture and processes of the organization.
The main roles assigned to Thilivhali Ben Sibadali were to assist operators on wire drawing machines when they need assistance. However, there were times that he took ownership of the machines himself.
