Did my practicals at Legend Golf and Safari lodges. Specializing in BOH and Bar. Worked as a blockman for Cavalier foods in douglasdale. Having to receive stock, daily stock taking, processing and cutting various meats including beef, pork and the breaking of full lamb. Recived the opertunity to go and work as a junior chef in Saudi Arabia during the FIFA World Club Cup. Cooking various international dishes for thousand of guests per night.
