Academic Co-ordination of teaching and learning activities, rosters
Financial Administration: reports, budget, procurement, claims, banking
Providing Interface with all stakeholders
Liaising with Department of Health and Department of Education
Secretarial duties to doctors, clinic bookings, reports and statistics
Supervision of staff: temps and interns
Ensuring Compliance with rules, policies and procedures
Publications of handbooks and rule books from start to finish
Meeting Management: preparation, agendas, minutes, documentation, implementation list, feedback
