Bibi Aisha Ally

My name is Bibi Aisha Ally, I am 26years of age, I'm self driven, self motivated, reliable and hardworking.

I love challenging myself and very devoted to my responsibilities and task given by Directors and higher management, I'm dedicated to keeping this professional in all working environments.

All admin and reception duties are my best working field, I also assist directors with all their personal requirements. I ensured all company supplies for staff well being and monthly expenses were taken care off. My duties consisted of the following as well:

• Invoicing 
• Crédit notes 
• Monthly payments proceed and handed to finance manager. 
• Weekly wages and monthly salaries payouts are done. 
• Payments to all our suppliers. 
• Monthly vat submission to finance manager. 
• Month end processed on the last day of the month. 
• Filling and submitting of all necessary documents. 

I have only completed grade 9 in 2011.
