I am a self-motivated individual who is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the goals of our company and mine personally. I am an organized and extremely disciplined individual, who works well in a team or independently. I am punctual, committed, resourceful, and I am dedicated in exceeding my key performance targets with excellence in the shortest possible timeframes.

I am a qualified Electrician and Instrument Mechanician. I commenced my rewarding career at Nestlé (Pty) Ltd on 14 July 1992, with over thirty-one (31) years’ experience to date. I enjoy my work, and I love what I do.

I am computer literate with Microsoft Office, Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP), 5S Housekeeping for Workplace Waste Elimination, Total Performance Management (TPM), Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) and General Coaching for Breakdown Analysis (BDA).

Processes and Operations are on the SCADA Systems, worked on Wonderware Suite, noting that all Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are Allan Bradley and Schnieder. I also worked on Human Interface Touchscreen and Panel View Plus, and Endress and Houaser. Data Logger.

I have excellent communication skills, and I am extremely diplomatic in my approach with the likes of Management, my co-workers and my colleagues. I have an avid passion for innovations and have been a finalist in the ZAR and ESAR Innovation Awards in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022. I received the Special Honourary Achievement Award for Active Contribution to Nestle.

In addition to this, two of my Innovation Ideas were implemented on site and are live namely, (the Audio-Visual Monitoring System [AVP]: Safety Innovation in 2018) and the Enviro Watch: SHE Innovation in 2022). In my personal time, I am a dedicated Co-ordinator at the East London Food for Life Organization. I am committed in my service to feeding impoverished communities one meal at a time.
