• Oversee daily store/warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and maintaining discipline.
• Ensure excellent customer service, handling queries, complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels, including ordering new stock, preventing shortages, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
• Handle cash-up, POS, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
