• Responsible for the implementation, certification and maintenance of the ISO 9001

  Quality Management System.

• Develop, implement and improve Quality Management System documentation including policies, procedures and the organisation’s Management Manual.
• Management of internal and external audits and action plans resulting from them at corporate and depot levels (actual progress consistent with closing deadlines).
• Responsible for preparing the organisation for ISO 9001 Certification & Surveillance

  Audits and liaising with Certification bodies.

• Responsible for training and awareness on Quality Management System process application and ISO Standards.
• Involved in the preparation of an Integrated Quality & EHS Management

  System.

• Responsible for standardization of Quality Management System activities at corporate and depot level with the Process Correspondents.
• Ensure that development on Quality Management System topics are communicated to the organisation.
• Analyse Quality Management reports (Process and Management Reviews) and proposal of mitigating actions to address declining trends.
• Member of the Quality Management Review Meetings and responsible for the management of Process Reviews and Quality Management Reviews.
• Involved in the development of a quality culture of change in the organisation.
• Ensure that Quality Management System processes are developed, implemented and maintained (Business Process Mapping).
• Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Internal

  Audit Programme and Process Review Plan.

• Support Head of Departments on implementation of corrective actions noted during audits, process reviews and management reviews.
