I am an experienced driver with communication skills and customer service, stemming from years of exposure to different kinds of people. I prefer a team over individualism. I can work well without supervision and also under pressure.

When receiving feedback, i make a conscious effort to listen carefully to what the other person is saying without interrupting. I've learnt that It's natural to feel defensive when receiving criticism, but i try to stay calm and composed as there could be something valuable for me to learn under that criticism. If I'm unsure about the feedback or need more information, i don't hesitate to ask for clarification as this shows that at the least I'm actively trying to understand the feedback and are open to learning from it.

I've made it a habit to take some time to reflect on the feedback I have received as there could be some truth to it and use it to improve on what's been highlighted and or identified in it, this shows that I am taking it seriously. When responding to feedbacks I make sure that I'm honest and genuine. If i disagree with it, I'm bold enough to politely explain my perspective without being defensive and disrespectful.

I have confidence in dedication, loyalty and service for the success of the organization. I am humble enough to realize that someone else may have more information on what I am doing right or wrong. With me there's nothing hidden, what you're looking at is the real thing! *Smiling:)
