I am an enthusiastic teacher ,with a degree in education and various certificates related to it.I currently have 3 years teaching experience.I adore being around children ,especially in recreational and educational activities.

I am good at building positive relationships ,creating a safe and healthy environment ,being flexible and off course,very patient.I have always loved and enjoyed working with children and so after a year of voluntary service at an underprivileged school (through City Year South Africa) I applied to the University of Johannesburg for my 4 year degree in Education.During that time ,I worked as a part time teacher assistant at Lapeng preschool for ages 2-6 ,offering support and guidance for teachers and children during class time and taking care of the children during breaks and after school for pick-up.Shortly after ,I was employed by the University to tutor first year students who are majoring in

Biology.

By the time I graduated I had experience ,knowledge and certificates involving work with children .I then had my first formal duty as a teacher at Elite Ballet Academy ,followed by my current job at Spark Randburg high school.Through the professional child care college I was able to qualify to take care of babies and toddlers.I also have a certificate to teach English as a foreign language ,a Microsoft certificate, a Matric certificate and of course a Bachelor's Degree of Education.I am now currently busy with my first Aid training….

I have a true love and dedication in this field.I am especially excited to applying it into a new environment; creating fun ,educational,inclusive and recreational activities where the children feel safe and cared for.
