With more than 5 years experience in the hospitality industry, I'm well-versed in dealing with people, and working well under pressure.
For the last few years I have successfully managed an 80+ seater restaurant independently. I ran all operational aspects of the business to name a few, stock control, ordering, staff scheduling, financial reports, customer complaints, However I'm always willing to learn, improve and develop new skills.
Although I've been working in the hospitality industry, my background is in office administration and bookkeeping.
