Investigate, diagnose, and take prescribed actions on all operational events, alarms, and incidents.
Document problems and actions by completing production logs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Update the shift report with all major and outstanding issues.
Identify any fault with systems or services and escalate accordingly.
Maintain and produce required operational documentation.
