My primary area of focus is to enhance individual athletes and sports teams by maximizing their potential and identifying their possible strengths and weaknesses. I am highly skilled in program design and execution of the exercises including strength and conditioning, speed and agility as well as high performance evaluations. I have also received training in weight loss management, developing programs for individuals relating to diet, exercise, fat loss management and nutritional factors in health and performance.
Applying all these skills, I have two years’ experience working with individual football players and the team as whole, overseeing warm-ups, recovery, exercise plans (on and off field), sport specific drills (speed and agility) and nutrition. Additionally, I have more than ten years’ experience working with swimmers, either at a young age to learn to swim, young and developing swimmers as well as adults for stroke correction.
