I am a professional Technician and a Technical Manager. My responsibilities at work is to maintain and ensure all vehicles are serviced, repaired and is roadworthy. I manage 10 staff members. I ensure all scheduled jobs are completed as deadline.
Fault Finding, troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Electrical and Plumbing repairs.
Quality Inspection and Quality Control
Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
Implement corrective actions to address non-conforming products.
Lead and manage a team of 5 maintenance technicians , assigning tasks and providing technical guidance.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular safety training for staff and monitor adherence to safety protocols.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
