I have spent the last 15 years in various roles in Customer Service gaining experience in Learning and Development(Training), Recruitment,Quality Assessor, Leadership, Operations,Change Employee Relations,Policy Creation's, Reviews Absence Management and Retentions.As my career has progressed,I have developed a keen interest in the Employee Relations aspect of the Human Resource,as well as a growing track record of implementing successful initiatives and strategies.
I consider myself to be a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. For the past 15years, I have worked to establish myself as an ambitious leader and mentor within The Industry and currently serve as a HRBP for Teleperformance . My skills include but not limited to Recruitment, HR , QA, Training /LDO, Coach, Team Manager and Operations Manager.
People are my passion, and through their learnings and achievements, I gain inspiration and gratification of being part of their journey and it's in this understanding that makes me a better Leader, mentor and motivator.
I have trained, developed and coached different people on over 14 different campaigns nationally / internationally and am proud to confirm that they have excelled in all their achievements. I consider myself to be very open and prefer to focus on personalizing my style to suit the needs, level and understanding of the people I am developing. I consider myself to be firm but fair and excel in ensuring attention to detail in every project I’m in.
I believe that confidence is the key factor when communicating, and it's my job to build that confidence within my team. I love to get my hands dirty and prefer to work in and among or side by side with my team. Knowledge is power, and once you can educate and empower your team to understand what is required of them and take an interest in what drives and motivates them, then the end goal is overly achievable.Having said, all of that, I look forward to learning, exceeding and breaking all barrier's set before me.I am confident that I have a lot to offer and learn in that I put my mind too and am keen to take on any opportunity that will enable me to develop my professional skills and experience.
