Born in the heart of the Cape Winelands, my passion has always been rooted in nature and its beauty. As a young boy I would wonder the vineyards and farmlands of the Boland with my grandfather and as soon as I matriculated I decided to study Agriculture. I started working as a waiter to earn extra cash and within 2 years I was promoted to manager.
My love for hospitality and and customer service lead to my eventual discontinuation of my degree and instead I pursued a career in the Restaurant Industry. The rest is history.
After serving 13 years in the industry I have decided to invest in my education and look to change career paths in order to spend more time with my loved ones.
I possess excellent customer service etiquette, strong leadership skills and ontop of that my ability to resolve conflict has made me a manager that can always be relied upon.
I look foward to taking on new challenges and thrive in high pressure/high pace environments.
