• Facilitate the planning and execution of organisation design and change initiatives.
• Assist with performance management
• Coordinate the administration of psychometric assessments for recruitment and developmental purposes whilst delivering feedback on results
• Coordinate job profiling and grading, encompassing the creation and maintenance of job profiles
• Coordinate succession and career path planning initiatives to identify and develop talent
• Facilitate employee well-being by developing and implementing wellness initiatives
• Generate detailed reports encompassing all pertinent data, information, and activities

• Arrange and present Senwes induction sessions
• Coordinate administration and feedback of psychometric assessments
