Carol Braaf

I am a 58 year old female that was retrenched during Covid and unable to find another job. I worked in the travel industry as a travel consultant who managed an in-house branch in Shell SA. I then moved to being a help desk consultant at SAA/Galileo and was requested after a year to start up another department to process all administration required to open travel agency offices efficiently by creating various processes to follow to maintain this efficiency.

I managed this department until my retrenchment.

I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and very meticulous about accuracy and processes in order to get the job done so I enjoy jobs that include loading data that needs to be absolutely accurate.

I am very much a craft enthusiast and enjoy sharing my expertise with anyone willing to learn.

My hobbies include walking, reading, baking, crocheting, knitting, macrame and always learning new craft techniques, and dancing.
