I have spent 8 years working as an sales assistant that's where I learn about customer service and handling different customers. Fortunately I got another job as an Assistant manager where I was be able to manage staff and also do training. It was a great experience being a leader and be able to learn how to be a Manager.
I did computer at silvex Training Center where I obtained my certificate in Ms word, Ms excel.
And also obtained a Health and Safety certificate.
