Manage and lead all daily operational aspects of the hotel.
Manage all aspects of HR, this includes payroll, performance management, disciplinary action, updating HR Files, employment contracts, rostering team monthly and training.
Develop and implement performance standards and procedural.
Ensure all departments work in a timely manner with the correct tools to aid completion of all tasks in the required time so that it does not impact on any guest experience.
