- Stakeholder engagement and reporting back to the stakeholder
- Assisting entrepreneurs with business registration with CIPC and SARS
- Assisting entrepreneurs with business returns and linking them with other stakeholders
- Linking entrepreneurs with different banks to open business bank account
- Compile local level, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the project manager
- Liaise with communities about the programmes
- Participate in the project planning meetings and conferences with participant's stakeholders
- Mobilize, screen, and select the right candidates for the AWOME project based on agreed selection criteria
- Provide training and other capacity building activities to AWOME beneficiaries
- Offer training programs appropriate to the skills needed by the participants and follow up activities
- Keep a record of all training sessions and visits in a trainer file including signed attendance registers
- Render post training support to supported micro entrepreneurs based on evidence based actions plans
- Assist entrepreneurs in developing and implementing their business growth plans
- Identify appropriate links and networks that will contribute to the growth and development of AWOME beneficiaries
- Compilation of local level case studies, photographs and relevant consent forms stakeholder management at local level and manage project risks at local level
