Open client on Chase using the correct client codes. Open physical job bags and distribute to the relevant departments. Upload client briefs onto Chase. Assist in ensuring that the correct client job number is allocated to the correct client brief on the Chase software. Do purchase orders for Medical Copywriters / Freelancers and add to costing sheet, once approved by the Account Executive. When purchase orders are received, load onto Chase and do a Billing Instruction, change Cost Estimate to approved and send to Accounts Assistant
