Currently the Head of Deal Risk, at ProfitShare Partners with over 25 years’ experience in the financial sector. Various positions were held at Standard Bank (refer to CV). Cathy specializes in credit risk and is responsible for the deal team. Current duties include but not limited to:

• Assessment and analysis of all credit applications and related source documents in line with policy.
• Increase the funding book with quality business.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to both clients & stakeholders. 
• Ensure no breaches on any regulatory or legislative matters.
• Minimize / reduce non-performing loans.
