I am a hardworking and dedicated individual, who tackles tasks with great confidence and drive to achieve the best results and possible outcomes. I have acquired 15+ years of experience specializing in the many different industriies and have since developed strong communication skills, along with strategic thinking, mastering customer satisfaction and i am able to work well under pressure and specializing in managing and leading a team. I have a passion for delivering great service and ensuring that my staff and colleagues maintain that level of service.
I have always had a passion for retail and started as a cashier and worked my way up, i have had experience in many different fields in the retail industry from merchandising, debtors, creditors, quality control, etc and now have built up experience in payroll too. i mostly have a finance background dealing with stock takes, fixed assets, reconcilliations and dealing with suppliers. i feel that with my experience i would be an all rounder to any company as i am able to adapt and conquer any problem at hand.
i have completed my matric certificate and currently in the process of completing my Bcomm degree.
