I have 15 years of experience in the long term insurance industry as a personal assistant/administrator and client liaison. My duties include:
Arranging appointments for clients to have medicals done and submission of underwriting.
Servicing changes to existing policies, including withdrawals and retirement options.
Liaising with insurance companies on client's behalf.
Claims - risk, pension and investments
Working on online systems to make policy changes, online instructions and generating quotes/investment proposals.
Portfolio switches, Regulation 28 compliance
Online investment capturing, including fund comparisons.
Section 14 transfers, Directive 135
FICA compliance. Reviews
Working on CRM programmes, generating financial needs analysis including Astute downloads.
