Hi. I'm basically an all rounder and all I ever known is working with food as well part of management in the kitchen. Been almost 10years in this industry.
I do cooking grilling and baking. How ever I do love doing breakfast and like the rush but been experiencing baking and seem to like it more often. I am open to the kitchen of any ideas as off we learn evrydy so something new and that's what I mostly enjoy.
I do have City and Guilds Certificate and Diploma. Studied at Cupsicum.
