I am a passionate and dedicated Foundation Phase teacher with experience teaching learners from Grade R to Grade 3 in English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, and Life Skills. I have a strong understanding of the CAPS curriculum and strive to create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where every learner feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

I am a creative and hardworking individual with a love for music and the arts, and I enjoy incorporating these elements into my teaching to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. I am actively involved in extra-curricular activities such as choir, reading programmes, and school events, and I believe in developing learners holistically—academically, socially, and emotionally.

I have experience working with diverse learning needs and am committed to adapting my teaching strategies to support all learners. I am proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and I am confident in planning, organising, and delivering effective lessons as well as coordinating extra-mural activities.
