My main role as a beauty advisor was to stay up to date with the latest trends regarding cosmetics as well as product knowledge to provide each client with their own unique experience as client care was one of our top priorities to be able to meet monthly sales targets. I was to be flexible and knowledgeable about all services and had to be able to assist in each section and be able to assist in management roles as well as health if there was a shortage of staff. The stock loss had to be managed and sales plans had to be implemented to make sales targets for each cosmetic house as the store needed to make targets to stay afloat.

I needed to be able to work under pressure and had to be able to assist in all client needs and if I was not able had to have the ability to improvise, upsell or recommend alternative products to keep my clients happy and coming back.
