• Assisting and dressing and undressing a patient.
• Assisting with feeding the patient where needed.
• Assisting to lift or move a patient.
• How to push a patient in a wheelchair.
• Assisting with the patient’s physical comfort, rest and sleep.
• Cleaning of the toilets and commodes.
• Assisting with the patient’s general requests and assistance.
• Cleaning, comfort and hygiene check around the patient day and night.
• Check on the patient’s general welfare and general caring attention during the day.
• Assisting with packing of laundry and wardrobes.
• How to use basic equipment – Oxymeter, blood pressure machine, thermometer, oxygen machine and cylinder.
