I am Chantel Herrendover.Have been working for a NGO(gold Youth Development Agency )for 10years in different Portfolios focusing on Education,Social behavior change and job creation.My Portfolios included Training and Support,Monitoring and Evaluation,Project Management,Stakeholder Management,Administration and Resource Development.I am passionate about empowering people to fulfill their potential and reach their ultimate goals.
I have engaged with several stakeholders(community,local and government) in order to roll out the projects the organization focused on.Part of my roles were to develop and track budgets as well as report writing.
I have completed a certificate in Community Development at Cornerstone Institute and is an accredited Facilititator and Assessor(EDTP Seta).
