I have worked at Nampak for 29 years as a Shift Supervisor. My duties and responsibilities included,
Making sure that production is done efficiently and effectively whilst ensuring that a safe working environment is maintained.
I have matriculated in 1990 and whilst employed at Nampak I managed to further develop my skills by doing a Supervisory Diploma Course at Damelin. After my exit from employment I did a Project Management Course through a Seta funded Company called OUT of THE BLUE.
