Industrial Engineer with over three years of structured development within Sasol (Pty) Limited, complemented by current experience as a Sourcing Specialist (Mechanical) in the Supply and Leverage team. My career has been shaped by curiosity about how systems work, a strong drive to improve them, and a practical approach to solving operational problems. Over the past few years, I've gained hands-on experience across mining, plant operations, supply chain, business improvement and development projects.

Each rotation has challenged me to grow—whether it's supporting asset management, supply chain, or evaluating data projects. I've worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable change. I am certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Process Improvement Specialist, and I apply structured methodologies to understand problems, evaluate alternatives, and support sustainable improvements.

What motivates me most is seeing how small improvements can create lasting and meaningful impacts on productivity and people's day-to-day work.
