• Interact with clients on daily bases to create graphic designs and send proofs back to them so they can be approved and work can commence as quickly as possible.
• Set up and prepare approved artwork for digital printing or vinyl cutting to make signs and stickers.
• Checking availability of stock on daily bases to prevent work delays from stock outages.
• Run cleaning maintenance on the Roland digital printer heads to keep printing smooth and fine looking all the time.
• Create visually appealing graphics for clients on Photo shop or Corel draw for web developing, news paper ads and social media post.
• I apply vinyl on any surface like windows, correx, abs, acrylic, PVC onsite or outside of the company.
• Ready complete work for despatch so deliveries are made on time.
• Great knowledge of applying vinyl on vehicle branding.
• Knowledge on setting up right temperature on Heat press either for vinyl or sublimation T-shirt printing.
• Great knowledge of colour theory to match screen display rgb with pantone colour when silkscreening.
• Well experienced in using Cold and Heat laminate machine.
• Activate and setting up of Laser cutting and engrave machine as well as maintenance cleaning of the lense to sharpen laser focus for smooth operating.
• Great knowledge of double sided printing on the digital printer.
• I can put eyelets on printed boards or banners.
• Search for design trends on the internet.
• Design mockups for product labels and ads to boost my portfolio.
• Reach out to other designer on social media groups to discus the career challenges.
