Seasoned Organisational Development and Workforce Planning professional with extensive City of Johannesburg experience and private-sector consulting.

• City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality: Acting Director, Organisational Development (Nov 1–May 30, 2023); Director (from Jun 1, 2023–present). Key duties include delivering organisational and job design programmes aligned to the IDP, developing and implementing the City’s Workforce Planning Framework, leading city-wide change management, providing executive advisory, and overseeing budgeting, governance, risk, assets, performance reporting, and ILPs. Also serves as a SALGA Sector-Specialist in OD.
• City of Johannesburg: Deputy Director, Workforce Planning and Research (May 2017–Jun 2023). Led the 2020/2021 Workforce Planning Framework, developed departmental workforce plans, guided OD interventions, capacity building, and strategic advisory on restructuring and the Future World of Work.
• Group Organisational Development (OD), VIP Cluster: Senior Consultant (Apr 2013–Apr 2017). Designed OD solutions, led talent management concepts and scenario planning for Vision 2040, and implemented dashboards for performance monitoring.
