I’m a very highly motivated and dedicated person with a strong personality and great communication skills. I am a person that is really organized, not afraid of hard work and always approach my work with high level of integrity. I like to take responsibility and be a team player. I am always eager to gain new experiences. My open-minded and friendly personality always allow me to relate well with others.

As an experienced Lead generator for both Platinum Life as a student, as well as Isabella Garcia, I was excited to find that my skills and experience align with the needs and mission. In my role as a Lead Generator in the Alternatives department for IG and also by Platinum Life, I honed my abilities in call centre to achieve an excellent conversion rate while producing quality feedback. My communication skills, people-centric nature as well as my ability to empathise have afforded me great customer service skills.

I am currently doing a short course online in Risk Management. My furthes level of education thus far is matric.
