Experience
The past 3 years have allowed me to specialize in billing/invoicing, investigating and updating consumer water and sewer utility accounts within the City of Cape Town Municipality. Previous employment at Old Mutual Life Assurance Company of 5 years, I handled customer queries, validated and administered insurance and savings policies. In both positions I provided immediate administrative support to supervisor.
