I have been employed as a receptionist/secretary since 1995.
During my employment I have gained extensive experience in the various fields of running a successful office and the high demands and commitment to the administrative process. Communication is of vital importance in an administrative process. I pay close attention to the needs of clients and superiors, and strive to complete my tasks timeously.
Due to the high volume of clients, I have managed high priorty workloads with completing deadlines. I am familiar with the best practices in handling sensitive and confidential matters , and understand the importance of confidentiality and the use of discretion in dealing with people.

- Managing the banking of Trust and business accounts of the practice, managing and payment of debtors accounts of the practice, managing and making payment to creditors of the office, attending to remuneration of staff salaries, advertising in the local newspapers and government gazette, communicating and dealing with clients on a daily basis, recording and minuting telephone calls and attendances of clients , Arrange appointments with clients, Relevant to my duties, I attend to signing of documents on behalf of my senior, Draft letters and documents for approval, Draw and compile accounts according to tariff, training of new staff, diary management.
I am a dedicated and trustworthy individual and have rendered valuable assistance in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
