In general my career covers a broad spectrum of duties such as administration, customer satisfaction and communication. My style is dynamic, definitely based on active participation and being supported by my positive attitude. I rate myself as an energetic go-getter.
I can work independently or as a fully co-operative team member. I am realistic enough to realize that I am not a perfect being, therefor allowing myself enough room for development that is limited only by my own drive and determination.
I have 19 years experience in customer service in different fields of employment. I have acquired many skills in these companies, ranging from basic customer service to finance and warehouse functions picking, invoicing as well as dealing with any discrepancies. i am both professional and pro-active, I believe in working as a team but can handle any task given to me as an individual.
