I have 20 year work experience predominantly in recruitment (mostly in management). At the peak of my career I explored a different avenue into Customer Experience (also management) for a further 6 years but have returned to my first passion that of career coaching and would like to now move into HR. I have the intention of pursuing higher education in this field to enhance my current skills.
Over 20 years work experience with the majority of that in recruitment. I have worked for myself as well as for large corporations mostly in management positions. I have had exposure to Marketing and recently ran a project for Lexus SA for 6 years in customer experience. I am currently working as a freelance career coach and would like to return and expand into HR
Life and career coaching certificate. I have my degree but am registered to finish my honours next year in Psychology.
