Dr. Clarence Payne is a seasoned change management consultant, with his work experience emanating from consulting within the Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Mining, Public and Retail Sectors. He has gained experience across organisations such as Standard Bank, Absa, WesBank, BHP Billiton, Old Mutual, City of Cape Town, Transport Directorate, ICAS Southern Africa, Oceana, MTN Group, Stanlib and Shoprite.
His project experience includes multiple system implementations (SAP, Oracle, and Calypso), regulatory compliance (Basel II), in-and outsourcing of services and staff and updates to systems and applications. His most recent O365 project experience has empowered him with the knowledge and skills required to guide business with its Teams’ setup so that it can achieve faster and better results.
As a certified Scrum Master and Prosci (ADKAR) Change Manager, he incorporates Agile principles in the facilitation of change and the creation of change deliverables. As change management consultant he approaches change from the perspective of empowering leaders to lead the change, while he also makes use of a diverse toolset to transition stakeholders through the change commitment curve.
