Answering the switchboard, screening & forwarding incoming phone calls, and serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing & announcing then appropriately and receiving & sorting daily mail/deliveries/courier. Maintain security by following procedure & controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issues visitor's badges).
