I am goal orientated, hardworking, work well with people, courteous, dependable and always keen to learn new things. I always seek professionalism in all I do, therefore punctuality, being prompt and complete in my work is very important to me. My attitude towards fellow members/ colleagues is congregational and congenial. My communication skills, both in writing and speaking I would deem as excellent.

I have a comprehensive amount of experience as it relates to client relations management. The Junior IRB world cup, varsity cups and shields, graduations, orientations, open days and the recent Presidential dialogues but to mention a few. The facilitation of a visit from the Belgium King and Queen in this year was great learnings on protocols and multiple stakeholder management.

The events in the CoCT comes with quite complex requirements as it relates to compliance and through my training through PSIRA and the CoCT Disaster Risk Management Department it set me to understand the legalities of large-scale events and manage multiple stakeholder expectations. I am currently responsible for the stakeholder engagement management portfolio of our department and have to manage all the services from our department engaging with multiple stakeholders of the university i.e. graduations, varsity cups and external events including film shoots. I manage all campaigns, awareness initiatives and other event activities for our department.

I further hold very good communication skills which covers multiple mediums.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders (internally and externally) to design and implement communications and innovative technological strategies tailored to benefit institutional objectives, reach target audiences, and push key department and institution messaging.
• Develop messaging frameworks and timelines aligned with key campaign milestones. Attend and Chair Committee meetings at various tiers.
