The knowledge of sales and marketing was of help as it made the quality from well maintained machines gave the company a competitive advantage meeting the marketing objective and a rise in turnover.

• Supervision of all the machines if the maintenance schedules are adhered to i.e preventive maintenance which is good to avoid downtime with breakdown maintenance

Supervisor in the department of litho being overall in charge of all the departments quality from design, CTP up to finishing.
