Driven and ambitious legal professional specialising in matters relating to immovable property and commercial law.
I have been fortunate enough to have been placed in positions of authority and responsibility from early on in my career which has in turn fast tracked my development and allowed for me to experience significant personal growth.
Currently, I head up the immovable property department at the firm where I practice. My secondary area of specialisation is commercial law. This combination of specialisations allows me to take an active role in the entire property transfer process, from negotiation to drafting of the sale documents to attending to the transfer of ownership.
My immovable property dealings are not isolated to property transfers as I deal extensively with a wide range of property related issues, such as landlord tenant disputes, rentals, property litigation, body corporate issues and general property related matters.
In addition to my areas of specialisation, I am also well versed in issues relating to labour, debt collection and general litigation.
My experience coupled with the personal qualities that I believe I hold has allowed me to reach a stage in my career where I am able to provide creative, efficient and effective service to clients that I am proud of, and I have no doubt that I will make positive impact at your organisation should you decide that I am suitable for the role advertised.
