I am a father of 2, married and reside in port Elizabeth. I have sales and marketing background experience for more than 20 years. I have a security background, as i owned my own security guarding firm, i also hace a Machanical Engineering qualification.

Exam passed and done through FPI, I also have my NQF4 qualification. I havwe managed satff +- 20 whithin a call center, and I currently work for Auto & General Port Elizabeth, an Insurcance sales advisor. I have my own transport, and I am looking for a career change, avaibale on a 2 week notice.

Insurance Advisor at Auto & General (2002-09 – Present)

• Inbound and outbound call centre functions.

• Doing follow ups daily, selling of new policies and up selling for the shortterm domestic Insurance clients.
• Team building, staff training on a regular basis. Initiated new brands for the Telesure group. Supervision of staff on a regular basis, working hand in hand with brokers all around South Africa. Uptake on marketing dept. working together to scrutinize new potential for sales targets together with management. Working with all relevant parties involved regards to the short-term insurance industry, e.g. Retention dept, coaching of new staff, audits done on a monthly routine, scoring of consultants, workshops, KPI's.
