I worked as a data entry clerk for 17 years and during this time I worked closely with client service executives to resolve client queries effectively.

I supervised a team of 23 data entry clerks and also resolved both internal and external client queries
I have obtained a matric certificate in 1999 and also a Business Management certificate in 2016.
During 2021 I completed a General Management Certificate which holds a NQF Level 4 certification.
