Over a period of 20 years, I have gained valuable experience in the engineering and OHS environment as well as Labour relations.

My experience includes:

• 14 years in the designing, drawing and construction of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• 8 years in the designing and construction of rural water distribution systems and 8 years design of municipal services aimed at water reticulation, storm water and sewer reticulation systems.
• 10 years in project and contracts management.
• 5 years in Health Safety and Environment management, implementing and designing OHS systems, Risk assessments, internal audits, OHS legislation etc.
• 1 year in labour relations as a regional Union representative and organiser, representing members in disciplinary hearings, CCMA/BC cases and recruiting new Union members.
