Born Educator who has a passion for teaching and enriching young minds.
I am an enthusiastic teacher who respects working in a team and enjoys molding young children. As you will see my CV attached you will see my passion for education.
I took a long hard journey to be an Educator after ten years of working in the corporate world and media and I have never looked back. I am a hard worker and believe very much in the growth of and development of children. I see education as not a chore but a necessity for growing our youth.
I believe that teachers can inspire them. Early childhood development is crucial in society and for their well-being to be academically progressive in the future. I think it is very important to lay a strong foundation for our younger learners to obtain the formidable ground roots for their achievement by setting themselves achievable goals.
I always believe a teacher can give a student an experience through education, any child can achieve and reach their own ambitions through learning.
I have a passion for our future generation, which should aim for academic enrichment and socially allows them to be who they indeed are without judgment. Although I am intermediate-phase qualified, I have had extensive experience teaching in the Foundation Phase. I started at Rondebosch Boys' Prep as a relief teacher in the Foundation Phase and teaching isiXhosa on a full-time basis.
I also had the privilege of teaching in the Pre-pre at Springfield. While I was a grade 5 class teacher at Springfield Convent, I also continued to teach the young pupils within the new roles I executed as the History and isiXhosa planner for Grade 5.
