My name is Damilola with a BSc in Human Movement Science, I am a fitness and wellness enthusiast. I love being active and keeping fit. I have good interpernonal and communication skills which allows me to relate well with people.
I did my internship at MetroGym Uitenhage and duties performed includes; fitness assessments and evaluations, assisting with personal training sessions when appropriate, sales, and admin related responsibilities.
I worked as an assistant teacher at Fountain of life Christian School where I was able to provide one-on-one and group-based learning support to maintain student progress and development.
I worked at the University of Fort Hare as an orientation assitant where I provided support to first-year students in their adjustment to university life.
I completed my BSc in Human Movement Science at the University of Fort Hare in the year 2022.
